Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 22 55 years old , Systemically healthy (ASA I or II). Indicated for the Flap surgery with Generalised chronic periodontitis Ability and willingness to return for follow-up visits on Days 3, 7 and 14. Informed consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunosuppression). Current smokers or tobacco users. Allergy to materials/medications used in either study arm. Poor oral hygiene not correctable preoperatively. Participation in other clinical trials in the preceding 30 days.
