Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Clinically diagnosed patients of Avabahuka (Periarthritis Shoulder). b) Patients willing for trial and give informed and written consent. c) Patients of either gender from 40 yrs to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients not willing for trial or not ready to give consent. b) Patients with localized infection at the site of Siravedhan and DSCB infiltration. c) Patients having history of trauma at same site. d) Patients suffering from Bleeding Disorders. e) ICTC and HBsAg positive patients. f) Pregnant and lactating women.
