Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 18 and 60 years 2)ASA physical status 1 or 2 3)Planned for ECT with Succinylcholine administration 4)Willing and able to provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.allergy or hypersensitivity to Dexmedetomidine or succinylcholine History of neuromuscular disorders Presence of severe cardiovascular hepatic renal or respiratory disease bradycardia or hypotension Pregnant women Current use of medications affecting neuromuscular function

Fasciculations ,myalgia ,HAEMODYNAMIC CHANGES will be observed and recorded after Succinylcholine administrationTimepoint: T1:- 5 mins after intervention T2:- During ECT T3:-5 mins after ECT 10 mins after ECT 20 mins after ECT 30 after ECT
