Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 70 years irrespective of discrimination of gender Diagnosed cases of type 2 DM with HbA1c less than 8 mg per dl Having TCNS score 6 to 11 Able to comprehend study instructions and provide informed consent Stable on current antidiabetic medications for at least 3 month Patients who are diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy(not under medication)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with CAD, retinopathy, nephropathy diseases Those with alcoholic, smoking dependency Recent cardiovascular events (e.g. stroke or MI in last 6 months) hbA1c greater than 8 TCNS score greater than 11 Patients having foot ulcer, cellulitis. Severe skin conditions or hypersensitivity to Ayurvedic oils Participation in any other clinical trial within the last 90 days Uncontrolled hypertension or comorbidities requiring hospitalization Patients having type 2 DM greater than 10 years Patients under medication for diabetic neuropathy
