Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18-45 years. Diagnosed with PCOS according to modified Rotterdam diagnostic criteria. AN affected in the neck region having Grade 2 to 4 score according to Burke s scale for AN. Patients who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of other skin pathologies. Under hormonal therapy. Pregnancy and Lactation. Under medication of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension and Thyroid dysfunction.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of the hyper pigmentation by assessing the Melanin index and Erythema index with skin colour probe of Dermalab combo. Timepoint: 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of the hyper keratosis by assessing the skin thickness with USG probe of Dermalab combo. Reduction of the neck severity score by assessing with Burke s scale for AN. Timepoint: 28 days
