Intervention1: Lumbar Rotational Exercise Group: Participants will perform lumbar rotational exercises targeting controlled spinal rotation and mobility. The exercise will be executed in one leg stand

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Running experience of more than or equal to 6 months. Running frequency of more than or equal to 2-3 runs per week. Bilateral Hamstring Tightness. Anterior pelvic tilt No physiotherapy or rehab for spine or lower limb in the last 4 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Running-related injury in the last 6 weeks. History of lumbar spine or lower-limb surger.y Engagement in high-intensity training or Use of analgesics, NSAIDs, and muscle relaxants within 48 hr of intervention Professional athlete or runner.
