Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients showing Classical Lakshana of Gridhrasi (Sciatica) in working population like IT professionals and Jobs that involve prolonged sitting,Heavy lifting and Repetitive movements. 2. Patients having positive SLR Test on examination. 3. Patients irrespective of genders will be selected. 4. Patients of Age group 30 to 60 years will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients suffering from following conditions will be excluded from the study Disease of spine Like Osteoarthritis Of spine, Spondylolisthesis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis of hip joint. 2. Tuberculosis of vertebral column. 3. Patient having age less than 30 years and more than 60 years. 4. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers. 5. Patients having any direct or indirect trauma to spine.
