Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 60 to 80 years of either gender with age-related balance impairment or gait instability who are able to understand and follow simple instructions and are willing to participate in balance training interventions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of stroke traumatic brain injury recent lower limb surgery uncontrolled hypertension unstable cardiac conditions severe cognitive impairment severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting mobility diagnosed neurological disorders or conditions associated with high risk of falls or fractures like severe osteoporosis
