Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with plantar fascitis Presence of heel pain secondary to plantar fascitis Able to walk independently Willingness to use orthotic inserts No H/O previous surgeries in foot

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe foot deformities Diabetics with foot complications H/O previous fractures to foot/recent trauma to foot Age less than 18 and more than 65 Use of steroid injections / surgery previously to foot Severe arthritis
