Health Condition 1: M170- Bilateral primary osteoarthritis of knee

Intervention1: Lacticum Acidum in primary Osteoarthritis of knee with (A1) and without (A2) physiotherapy.: There will be 4 groups divided in total consisting of 60 Subjects. Two groups will be given

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate as volunteers and who have signed the written informed consent Subjects who are 45 to 60 years of age Subjects newly diagnosed of primary Osteoarthritis of knee joint by using NICE Criteria and Kellgren Lawrence scale for X-ray with grade 1 and grade 2 of Osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with mechanical trauma of knee joint Subject with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Artificial joint implantation of knee Pregnant and lactating women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be assessed by NICE criteria and Kellgren Lawrence classification for radiographic findings, grade 1 and grade 2 will be taken for studies.Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed by NICE criteria and Kellgren Lawrence classification for radiographic findings, grade 1 and grade 2 will be taken for studies. Follow up will be done for a minimum period of 6 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After assessing the grade 1 and 2, Lacticum Acidum and Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine of varying potency and repetition of medicine according to Homoeopathic principles for the four groups; two of each medicine groups will be given physiotherapy and the other two without. Each arm consisting of 15 person.Timepoint: Follow up every 15 days for first 3months and then once a month for last 3 months. During follow up, improvement will be assessed using Lequesne Index.
