Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male age between 25 to 50 years Able to active sex drive Present of one or more symptoms of Shukradhatu Kshay Sperm count not less than 15,000 per ml semen ADAM score above 3 PSS question 3 score above 3 Willing to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Azoospermia Serous comorbidities like uncontrolled diabetes (random blood glucose above 300 mg/dl), CVDs, CKD, and neurological complaints like epilepsy, stroke Any personality disorder Using other pills for sexual ailments (above 6 months) Using steroids and hormonal therapy (above 6 months) Other vulnerable groups Unwilling to give written consent
