Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex between age group 60 years to 75 years 2.Patients of mild to moderate cognitive impairment (MMSE score 18 to 23 years)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Pre diagnosed case of Parkinsons disease, Alzheimers disease stroke intracranial hemorrhage brain tumors history of alcoholism or drug dependence use of any psychotropic drug ii. Patients with loss of physical capabilities, such as walking sitting, to Control the bladder and bowel function iii. Patients having major psychological or major neurological problems iv. Patients having Uncontrolled DM (HbA1c greater than 8) v. Patients with lack of ability to communicate vi. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (greater than 160/110mmHg) vii. Subjects taking participation in any other clinical trial
