Intervention1: Microdosing Functional Training Group (MFT): Functional training delivered in microdosed blocks integrated within badminton gameplay sessions (Block 1: after warm-up
Block 2: in-between game break

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players with a minimum of 1 year of regular playing experience, No participation in structured resistance or functional training during the past 3 months, Willingness to participate in the study and comply with the intervention and assessments, Ability to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injury or surgery within the past 6 months, Presence of current injury, pain, or illness that limits badminton play or exercise participation, Diagnosed neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, or respiratory disorders, Participation in any other structured physical training program during the study period, Any condition deemed unsafe for participation by the investigator
