Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All genders of recreational and competitive level kabaddi player. 2. Between ages of 15-25 years who are willing to participate in the study. 3.Players having a minimum of 1 year of experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Player with diagnosed cases of neurological and cardiovascular condition. 2.Players with recent (6 months) fracture, lower limb and upper limb injuries and surgeries. 3.Player with any deformity.
