Intervention1: Individualized Homoeopathic medicine: Patients satisfying inclusion criteria will be included in the study. Proper case taking of all enrolled patients will be done in standardized case

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age 18 year to 60 year of either sex. 2. Patient giving consent to participate. 3. Patient with hypothyroidism, defined as having a serum TSH level between 4.5 mIU/L and 20 mIU/L, who also have comorbid depression meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and a HAM-D score above 7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age less than 18 years and above 60 years. 2. Patient who has been taking psychiatric medications or medications for hypothyroidism from modern or another system of medicine within last 2 month. 3. Patient having HAM-D score more than 18. 4. Patient in gestational period. 5. Patient with other serious mental illness. 6. Patient with other complicated systemic diseases (Renal Failure, Neoplasm, Epilepsy, Cardiovascular diseases etc.)
