Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First time pregnant women Current BMI more than or equal to 23 Currently in their 3rd trimester Able to read and write in English and Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of psychiatric illness and on treatment for the same. Completed more than 5 sessions of psychotherapy in the past 5 years.
