Intervention1: Group A- Eltgol Therapy: To determine the impacted side and segments, auscultation is performed. The subject is told to place the most afflicted side inferiorly in a decubitus position

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of all genders between age of 30-60 years undergoing CABG with a median sternotomy incision. 2. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prolonged intubation for more than 24 hours. 2. Subjects with unstable cardiovascular instability, such as arrhythmias, arterial fibrillation, etc. 3. Neurological problems like stroke, spinal cord injury, etc. 4. Subjects undergoing CABG whose physical limitations would restrict their ability to function physically following surgery, such as shoulder or chest wall pain, or recent fractures.
