Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IBS SSS score between 75to175 mild symptoms, Patients of diarrhea prominent IBS will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of Pre-diagnosed eating disorders peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis, pancreatitis, celiac disease, diabetes mellitus and intestinal worm, Long term disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, Suffering from serious acute or chronic co-morbidity and Cancer, Currently on antibiotics or opiates, Consuming alcohol, Pregnant and lactating women.
