Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women between 22 to 28 weeks of gestation at the time of enrollment that is in the 6th and 7th months of pregnancy Any parity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnancies including: Gestational hypertension Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) Polyhydramnios Multiple pregnancies (e.g., twins or more).
