Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed patients of Adhesive Capsulitis stage 1 and stage 2 Duration of symptoms 3 to 9 months Willingness to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary causes of shoulder stiffness Pregnancy and lactation Bleeding disorders or anticoagulant therapy Skin lesions or infection at cupping site
