Inclusion criteria: Willing to provide informed consent Willingness to comply with the trial Liver stiffness measurement 7 to 17.5kPa measured by fibroscan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic liver disease such as liver cirrhosis Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus HBA1C greater than 9 Pregnant and lactating mothers
