Inclusion criteria: BMI between 30 to 34.9 Patients having sign & symptoms of sthaulya like shudra shwas kshudha atimatra Pipasa aadhikya swedadhikya atinidra Daurgandhya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI less than 30 and greater than 35 Patient with known case of cardiac pulmonary renal & hepatic diseases Pregnant & lactating females
