Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Group Above 65 Years. 2.Neurotypical With No Cognitive Impairment 3.Ability To Ambulate 10 Meters Independently Or With A Habitual Walking Aid. 4.With Normal Vitamin D Levels. 5.Tug Test Greater Than 13.5 6.Mmse Greater Than 23 7.Fear Of Fall Greater Than 32 On Fes-I 8. Ability To Follow Simple Commands And Provide Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adults with systemic balance and coordination issue 2.Unstable or severe cardiovascular disease 3.Neurological disorders that severely impair mobility or cognition 4.Unstable seizures 5.Current participation in another interventional study targeting balance, cognition, or falls 6.Use of medications that markedly impair cognition or balance 7.Orthostatic hypotension not controlled with treatment 8.Any other medical condition judged by the investigator to make participation unsafe or data uninterpretable. 9.Associated Visual and Auditory problems
