Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult cancer patients above 18 years 2. Patients attending oncology outpatient services 3. Patients deemed suitable for participation by the treating oncologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years of age Patients unwilling to participate Patients for whom participation is not advised by the treating oncologist
