Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient given written and informed consent. American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I and II of either sex Age group more than 18 years old. BMI 18.5 to 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patient Pre existing neurological deficit Allergy to local anesthesia Patients with multiple fractures like rib fracture and bilateral lower limb fracture surgeries
