Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 25 - 50 years will be enrolled for the study. 2. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any co-morbidity. 2. Subjects who have undergone surgical procedures with in last 3 months 3. Subjects practicing meditation or any yogic practices in the past 6months
