Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of American Society of Anaesthesiology class 1 to 3 Patients undergoing Elective Surgery Undergoing General Anaesthesia in Supine Position Patients with BMI less than 30 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with recent history of URTI and/or respiratory tract infections Patients with pre existing sore throat , cough Patients with Asthma and Chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease Patients with anticipated difficult airway Patients who had undergone nasogastric tube insertion Patients who had a history of psychiatric disorders Patient with history of oral and ENT surgery

| TO COMPARE THE INCIDENCE OF POSTOPERATIVE AIRWAY COMPLICATION USING DIGITAL ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE CUFF PRESSURE MONITORING AND MANUAL METHOD IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING GENERAL ANESTHESIA WITH RESPECT TO SORE THROAT , HOARSENESS, COUGH, DYSPHAGIATimepoint: Intubation will be taken as 0 mins. Cuff pressure will be measured at 0min, 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, 120 mins, 150 mins and 180 mins as applicable Extubation will be taken as 0 hours The above parameters will be checked at 2 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after extubation. | — |
