Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group 20 to 60 both male and female 2 Clinical diagnosis of plantar fasciitis (history of heel pain worst with first steps or after rest) 3 Positive windlass test 4 Duration of symptoms 4 weeks 5 Presence of latent trigger point (MTrP) in the calf (gastrocnemius or soleus) on palpation (reproducible local tender spot with referred pain pattern but not spontaneous pain) 6 Jump Sign positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Prior foot or ankle surgery or corticosteroid injection in the heel within the past 3 months. 2 Active infection or open wound in the treatment area 3 Neurological conditions affecting gait or sensation (example stroke or severe neuropathy) 4 Patients currently receiving treatment and using steroids within the last six months for the plantar fasciitis
