Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women between 40-59 years of age 2.Participants who can keep their knee flexed for 20 minutes 3.Patients diagnosed with Grade 1 and Grade 2 descent of vaginal wall prolapse on screening and examination (according to Baden Walker Halfway System)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of Urogenital Infection. 2.Known case of Benign tumor in USG. 3.Known case of any Genitourinary Malignancy. 4.Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus.

Primary

Improvement in pelvic floor muscle strength.Measured objectively using a perineometer. Timepoint: 0th,7th day

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in symptoms and quality of life related to pelvic organ prolapse. Measured subjectively using PFDI-20 questionnaire (Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20)Timepoint: 0th,7th day
