Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.first-time diagnosed stroke and who are willing to participate will be included. 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) more than and equal to 21. 3. Affected upper extremity with a Modified Ashworth Scale score core Less than and equal to 2. 4. Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score for the upper limb core more than 23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment, neglect, or inability to provide informed consent. 2. Uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiac conditions 3. History of seizures or epilepsy. 4. Presence of metallic implants in the skull 5. Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting balance, joint limitations 6. Peripheral arterial disease and severe dementia.
