Exclusion criteria: paitents below 16 and above 70 years patients with fissure in ano with sentinal tag patients with fissure in ano secondary to ulcerative colitis patients with fissure secondary to crohns disease patients with fissure secondary to syphilis patients with fissure secondary to tuberculosis
