Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants of all genders with first time stroke ageing 18 to 70 years and willing to participate, onset of stroke more than or equal to one month, presence of upper limb motor impairment with fugl meyer upper extremity score 20 to 50, modified ashworth scale equal to or less than 3, ability to follow simple simple verbal instructions and participate in rehabilitation exercises with MMSE more than 20, medically stable and cleared for mild to moderate exercise, resting blood pressure less than or equal to 150 by 90 mmHg and heart rate 60 to 100 bpm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neurological disorders, Presence of metal implants pacemakers or other electronic devices in the head or neck region that may interfere with transcranial direct current stimulation, Hemodynamically unstable condition history of seizure or epilepsy severe neglect aphasia or apraxia, Deep vein thrombosis, cardiac failure, peripheral arterial disease or varicose veins, Skin lesions infections or injuries at electrode or cuff placement sites
