Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with nonspecific neck pain Age between 20 to 40 years Both male and female participants Neck disability index score indicating mild to moderate disability Participants willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine thoracic spine or upper extremity surgery or severe trauma Individuals with any neurological conditions Individuals with vestibular disorders or visual impairments
