Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient presenting more than 2 symptoms 1. Katishool 2. katigraha 3. kriyakashata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any known case of severe systemic disorder, known case of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus [SLE], POTs spine [TB], paralysis, neurological disorder, or ankylosing spondylitis. Patients having congenital deformities, fractures of the lumbar spine, or any other traumatic causes of spine that need surgical care will be excluded. pregnant, lactating woman.
