Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject of hypothyroidism ,females aged between 20 and 45years on HRT [ Hormonal replacement therapy] 2. Subject with score of more than 16 in Griffin Physical activity index for case group and less than 16 in control group 3. Willingness to provide informed consent and participate in all study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other severe chronic disease other than Hypothyroidism. 2. Women who have performed any sterilization procedure operation . 3. Individuals who have undergone recent changes in their thyroid medication dosage
