Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy male and female patients aged 30 60 years diagnosed with Stage II Grade B periodontitis as per the 2017 AAP classification presenting with bleeding on probing and probing pocket depth of 4 5 mm and also clinical attachment loss of 3 4 mm and having at least 20 natural teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any known systemic or metabolic diseases and smokers or alcohol users and pregnant or lactating women and individuals with acute or chronic infections and those who have received antibiotics or analgesics or any other medication in the past three months and those who have undergone periodontal therapy within the last six months and individuals who are physically or mentally challenged will be excluded from the study
