Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with good general health in the age group of 30 to 70 years. 2. Both Male and Female patients with chronic periodontitis. 3. Probing depth more than equal to 5 and less than 7mm. 4. Presence of atleast one periodontal pocket each in any of the quadrants 5. No furcation involvement 6. Patient willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major systemic illness 2. Confirmed or suspected intolerance to test products 3. Use of antibiotics drugs for the last 6 months 19 4. Heavy Smoking 5. Immunosuppressive chemotherapy 6. Pregnancy 7. History of debilitating diseases or conditions 8. Undergone any periodontal therapy
