Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women aged between 18 to 45 years subjects with singleton or multiple pregnancy attending routine antenatal care pregnant women from 24 week of gestation pregnant women of both primi gravida and multi gravida subjects having classical signs of kikkisa like kandu(itching) vidaha(burning sensation) vaivarnya (pigmentation) rekha swarupa twak sankoch (skin changes) subjects suffering from classical symptoms of striae gravidarum subjects willing to sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from Kushta Roga. Subjects with pre-existing Dermatological conditions (Eczema Psoriasis Connective tissue disorders etc) Subjects with known case of Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy (PUPPP) Cholestasis in present or previous pregnancy Subjects with severe pregnancy complications (Severe Anemia Pre- Eclampsia Uncontrolled Gestational Diabetes Liver disorders Intra Uterine Growth Retardation (IUGR) etc) Subjects with known case of Cushing s syndrome Subjects who have undergone cosmetic procedure (Laser, Microneedling etc.). Subjects with history of chronic corticosteroid use (topical or systemic) or other medications affecting skin integrity

To conduct literature review of Kikkisa, Striae Gravidarum, drugs such as Kandughna Dashemani. Phytochemical Analysis of Kandughna Dashemani Gel will be done. To monitor any adverse drug reaction. To monitor any adverse event.Timepoint: Group A: 15 subjects will be administered with external application of Kandughna Dashemani Gel Group B: 15 subjects will be administered with external application of Cocoa Butter Twice daily (Morning and Night) Twice daily (Morning and Night) Treatment duration 3 Months Quantity Sufficient (Approximately 3-5 gm) Route of drug administration External Application Pre Assessment - 0 day Post Assessment - After Completing 3rd Month Of Application Follow Up - After Delivery—
