Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with nonspecific neck pain for less than 3 months. 2. Craniovertebral angle less than 48 degrees. 3. Individuals willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with history of recent trauma or fractures in cervical spine. 2. Participants diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy or cervical myelopathy. 3. Diagnosed cases of head and neck cancers, and infections like tuberculosis, osteomyelitis. 4. Participants with history of cervical spine surgery in previous 6 to 12 months. 5. Participants with vascular conditions like, vertebral, carotid, or basilar insufficiencies and aortic aneurysm. 6. Diagnosed cases of metabolic bone disease like osteoporosis, osteopenia. 7. Participants having localized skin infections. 8. Participants diagnosed with cervical spine neoplasm, rheumatoid arthritis. 9. Participants diagnosed with cervicogenic headache.
