Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 30 years, currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate study. 2. Diagnosis of non-specific Low Back Pain for at least 3 months. 3. Baseline pain intensity between 3 and 7 (Numerical rating scale). 4. Ability and willingness to perform prescribed exercises and participate in video conferencing. 5. Access to suitable device and reliable internet. Informed consent obtained.

Baseline: demographics (age, gender, height, weight, BMI), lifestyle factors (sedentary time, device use, physical activity, prior musculoskeletal injuries), academic load, medical history.
