Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All genders of recreational and competitive kabaddi players. 2.Between 18-30 years who are willing to participate. 3.Players having minimum 1 year of experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Players with diagnosed case of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular disease. 2.Players with recent (6 month) lower and upper limb injuries and surgery. 3.Players with any deformity.
