Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recurrent upper respiratory tract infections The corrent required for study eligibility was defined by the presence of atleast two of the following Rhinitis Pharyngitis Cough,Sinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 3 years and above 12 years Genetic disease (SCID,CVID) Tuberculosis HIV,Cancer Lower Respiratory tract infections and Asthma

This study will help to understanding the immunomodulatory activity of "ELUMICHAMPAZHA ILAGAM" and may contribute to improved healthcare outcomes in children by enhancing their immune response.Timepoint: The study outcomes, including symptomatic relief, reduction in recurrence, and improvement in quality of life, will be assessed at predefined time points at baseline (Day 0), during treatment (Day 28), and at the end of treatment (Day 48) to evaluate the efficacy of Elumichampazha ilagam for improving immunity in children
