Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from Urolithiasis in all age group irrespective of sex. 2.Stones/calculi at various levels(Renal,ureter,Bladder,Urethra). 3.Size of stone varying from 4-8mm 4.Patient with stones producing mild to moderate back pressure changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All complicated cases like impaction,stricture,obstruction. 2.Patient with staghorn calculi.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in stone status(size or expulsion)assessed by ultrasonography.Timepoint: 3 months and 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in clinical symptoms,stone expulsion rate,recurrence,and safety of treatment.Timepoint: Baseline,monthly follow-up and at the end of study
