Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 20 to 60 years . 2.Patients with classical signs and symptoms of karshya according to ayurveda like Vyayam asahishnuta, atisauhitya asahishnuta ,kshut-pipasa asahishnuta, kriyasu alpa prana, Shushka sphika, udara, & greeva, Dhamani jala darshana, tvaga asthi shesha, sthula parva. 3.Patient having Niruh Basti arhata. 4.Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI)less than or equal to 18.5 kg/m2 5.The patients who will give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Karshya patients secondary to any illness (in upadrava form) such as Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac diseases, HIV infection, Hyperthyroidism, Carcinoma, Endocrinal disorders , Pulmonary T.B are excluded. 2. BMI more than 18.5 kg/m2
