Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed cases will be taken only with positive sickling report Age between 3 years to 16 years irrespective of gender caste religion Patients with sign and symptoms of sickle cell disease Hb greater than 6 point 5 gm percent and less than 11 point 5 gm percentage Hb electrophoresis reporting percentage of Hb S greater than 10 gm percentage Serum Bilirubin less than 3 mg per dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 3 years and greater than 16 years Patients with known case of Hepatic Renal Dysfunction and Chronic Cardiac Dysfunction SCA associated with other known diseases like Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Thalassemia Hb less than 6point 5 gm percent and more than 11 point 5 gm percent Serum bilirubin level more than 3 mg per dL Known case of other Haemoglobinopathies and Haematological diseases other than Sickle cell anaemia that is G6PD Thalassemia Sickle cell beta thalassemia
