Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of OBDC batch of 3rd professional BAMS and Students of Non-OBDC batch of 4th year BAMS course. Students willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students diagnosed with severe mental health disorders unrelated to academic stress. Students who do not complete the survey in full.
