Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having - a) Hb percentage above 7 gm/dl and below 10gm/dl. b) MCV greater than 80 fl 2. Patients those having Lakshanas of kaphaj Pandu a) Panduta b) Gaurvata c) Shwas 3. Patients will be selected irrespective of gender,religion, socioeconomics coming to OPD/IPD of Kaychikitsa dept.of our hospital 4. Age Group between 18 years to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having anemia disorder associated with other known history of disease Ascites, liver cirrhosis, Congestive Cardiac Failure 2) Patients suffering from Acute coronary syndrome. Tuberculosis, Malignancy known history of Chronic blood loss condition 3) K/C/O- DM, HTN, CKD. 4) Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

1. To asses the changes in Hb Percentage level and MCV level after Aasitkadi churna given for 90 days. 2. To asses reduction in Guruta, Panduta, Shwas after adminstration of Aasitkadi churna 3. To study the Ayurvedic Literature of Pandu Vyadhi according to Ayurvedic Samhitas. 4. To compare the effect of trial drug Aasitkadi churn with Haridradi churna in kaphaj Pandu. 5. To study the clinical features of anemia in details.Timepoint: 90 days	—
