Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient bewtween age group of 18 to 45 years. 2. Obese BMI greater than and equal to 25 (WHO Classification). 3. Non-Obese BMI 18.5-24.9 4. Individualof any gender. 5. Willing participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below 18 & above 45 years. 2. Secondary obesity due to Metabolic disorder. 3. Known case of DM, HTN, CVD, COPD, TB, Hemiplegia, Pulmonary disease, Malignancies, AIDS, Psychiatric. 4. Women less than 6 month postpartum. 5. Unable to give Informed Consent.

1.To clinically assess the presence or absence of Vikaravighatabhava in individuals with and without sthaulya 2.To evaluate the clinical significance of this concept in the the occurrence, prevention, and progression of Sthaulya. Timepoint: 1 year 6 month
