Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria under ICD11 code 5A00.1 and 5A00.0 with TSH value more or equal to 5 mIU/L to 20 mIU/L. 2. Those who are newly diagnosed OR untreated. 3. Subjects irrespective of their gender and age between 20 to 60 years. 4. Subjects who are willing to sign the consent form to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of congenital hypothyroidism, drug induced, history of thyroidectomy, secondary and tertiary hypothyroidism or progressing towards myxedema. 2. Any other systemic disorders which interfere with the treatment. 3. Pregnant females and lactating mothers
