Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients within the age group 30 to 80 years. Patient fulfilling the criteria for diagnosis of Janu Sandhigata vata such as joint pain,swelling of the joint, crepitations in the joint, pain during flexion and extension of the joint, and feeling of joint like an inflated leather bag.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with k/c/o Musculoskeletal disorders like Amavata (Rheumatoid arthritis),fracture, and gout. Patients with k/c/o Neurological disorders like Muscular dystrophy and myasthenia gravis. Patients with a history of Tuberculosis, malignancy, trauma. Pregnant and lactating women.
